Body Works

Burn up to 450 calories with this full bodyweight workout guaranteed to get your heart pumping. 


Classes are capped at 10 students. 

What to bring:

- Refillable water bottle

- Towel

- Yoga/exercise mat (optional)

- Comfortable workout attire

- Athletic shoes & clean socks 

- One pair of dumbbells &  a booty band
